Reservation Policies

• Check-out time is noon. Check-in time is 1:00PM - 9:00PM.

• You may also mail or fax your reservation to us (by printing the form below.)

• Personal checks are accepted for advance reservations ONLY!

• Weekends in July and August require a three night minimum reservation. July 4th requires four nights.

• A 50% deposit is required for stays of 5 nights or more. All other reservations must be prepaid in full.

• For Camping reservations, NO REFUNDS without at least 15 days advance notice prior to your scheduled arrival date. There is a service charge of $25.00 for reservations of 7 nights or less and a $50.00 service charge for cancelled reservations of 8 nights or more. Refunds will be mailed within 60 days of a qualified cancellation.

• For Rental Units, NO REFUNDS without at least 45 days advance notice prior to your scheduled arrival date. A service charge of $100.00 will be deducted from qualified rental unit refunds. For cancellations 45 days or less prior to your scheduled arrival date, we regret no refund is allowed. Refunds will be mailed within 60 days of a qualified cancellation.

• We highly recommend that you use the following On-Line Reservation service (or call us, if you prefer) to make your reservations to determine the availability of space. Your reservation will be held until noon following your arrival date. Full balance of fees is due upon arrival for the time which you requested and which we will have confirmed.

• No arrivals between 9:00PM and 9:00AM (out of courtesy for our other guests.)

• Atlantic Oaks is a gated campground, and there is a $20.00 cash only security deposit for a gate key. The deposit is refunded when the key is returned.

• Non-family reservations must be cleared through the office in advance. Campers must be at least 21 years old.

• One car and one family per site.

• Although we do allow pets, we do not recommend that you bring them. They must be taken with you whenever you leave camp and are not allowed on most of the beaches.

• We will try to honor site number requests; however, we cannot guarantee them.

• Open fires are permitted until 11:00PM.

Online Reservation Requests

You are encouraged to use the following on-line form in order to request a reservation at Atlantic Oaks Campground. We will make every effort to respond to your request as promptly as possible, generally within 24 hours. Important Note: AOL customers must add our e-mail address to their approved list in order to insure that they receive our response.

Once we notify you that a site is available, you must finalize the reservation process by making arrangements for the payment of the required reservation deposit. Personal checks are accepted for advance reservation deposits only, and should be mailed. For your added convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Payments by credit card may be made via our new Secure Credit Card Payment website. (We will provide you with a link to that site if you choose to utilize this option.) You may also fax your credit card information to us at (508) 247-8216, or you may phone us with your credit card information at (508) 255-1437. Regardless of the method of payment which you choose, please be aware that you do not have a confirmed reservation until your deposit has been processed.
